Return and Refund Policy

We care about our customers’ satisfaction and provide the possibility of returning products and receiving refunds under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

  • Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, products can be returned within 30 days with a full refund.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The product must be returned with all accessories, packaging, and original labels.
  • A purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to misuse.

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Personal items such as perfumes, cosmetics, and underwear cannot be returned for health reasons.
  • Discounted or promotional products may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Refund Methods

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method the customer used.
  • Refund processing may take 7 to 14 days depending on the bank or payment gateway.
  • For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, according to the customer’s preference.

5. Returns via Shipping

  • The customer bears the shipping cost if the return is not due to a manufacturing defect.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect, the company will cover the full shipping cost.

6. Product Inspection

  • The product will be inspected upon receipt to verify its condition, and the customer will be contacted once the inspection is complete.
  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, the return request may be rejected.
